As we bring our fundraising efforts to a close for 2020, you can partner with us to reach these goals!

  1. Teacher Salary Support: With your assistance, we will provide 17 music programs and close to 90 teachers (more than double the number last year!) with supplemental salary assistance.

  2. Summer Music Camp Scholarships: Contributions will permit us to offer scholarship support to at least 200 students and teachers this coming summer.

  3. Funding the BLUME Haiti Program Manager: Our very first staff position!

Celebrate Gratitude with us!

Our annual Keys for Haiti campaign is upon us and this year we are bring Keys for Haiti to GoFundMe! This year’s campaign will support three major initiatives for BLUME Haiti. Find out more below!

  1. Supplemental Salary Support Program: for many years, we have been providing modest support to music teachers across Haiti. Not only does this support provide a modicum of financial security for teachers throughout the country, it also contributes to the increasing professionalism and competence of the teaching staff at each of these programs. With your help, we we will provide 17 music programs and close to 90 teachers (more than double the number last year!) with supplemental salary assistance.

  2. Scholarships: Given the current political insecurity in Haiti, now more than ever, it is imperative that we do as much as possible to ensure that teachers and their students have access to high level training during the summer camps.
    Your collaboration will permit us to offer scholarship support to at least 200 students and teachers this coming summer.

  3. Program Manager Position: Lastly, we are in the process of creating a job description for our very first, onsite BLUME Haiti Program Manager! A significant step for us as an organization, this will help ensure that our programs in Haiti run smoothly and that we stay in close contact with each of our 45 partner music programs. We expect to run an international search and we are committed to paying a living wage. This can happen with your support!
